MISSION AS TECH. & ASSETS MANAGER

Reporting to the Framework Manager (Deputy GM), you will oversee the management and optimization of technical assets and resources within the organization. Your role involves ensuring the effective utilization of assets, implementing asset management strategies, and supporting technological advancements to align with organizational goals.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AT SAUR QATAR

Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the utilization and lifecycle of technical assets.

Oversee the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of technical assets and equipment.

Monitor and analyze asset performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of asset management practices with organizational needs and project requirements.

Manage and maintain comprehensive asset records, including inventory, status, and maintenance schedules.

Implement and enforce asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for asset procurement, service, and support.

Provide technical support and guidance on asset-related issues and technological advancements.

Prepare and present reports on asset management activities, performance, and recommendations to the Framework Manager.

YOUR PROFIL

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng), Business Administration (BA), or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 20 years of overall experience.

At least 10 years in a technical asset management or similar role, with experience in managing and optimizing technical assets.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Skills:

Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities; proficiency in asset management software and MS Office Suite.

Remuneration Package:
This is a local contract with a comprehensive package including:

12-month base salary

Housing allowance and company car

Annual performance-based bonus (up to 20%)
